How much does shipping cost?

If your order is over $100, then shipping to anywhere in Canada is free (except for water coolers and water softeners). 

Are there any customs or brokerage fees?

No there are not. We ship from our store in Calgary, AB. You can rest assured you are not ordering from a Canadian website that actually ships the items from the US.

How soon do you ship after placing the order?

They typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once it has shipped. We ship with Canada Post Expedited. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days, please feel free to contact us.

Can I order online and pickup the product in store?

Yes, just place the order and then send us an email or give us a call, and we will set it aside for you.

What is the Berkey Warranty?

The Black Berkey® purification elements have a two-year prorated warranty calculated in six months intervals. Our guarantee is prorated similar to the guarantee on tire tread. In other words, if you have used the filters for six months, 75% of the guarantee still applies and so you can get a replacement set for 25% of the normal cost. The systems themselves and their components have a six-month warranty as stated below.

New Millennium Concepts, Ltd.(The manufacturer) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Black Berkey® purification elements have a two-year prorated warranty calculated in six months intervals. New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. will replace or repair any product that it deems is not properly functioning during the stated warranty period. Relief under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective materials or workmanship only. New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damage to personal property from, but not limited to, a defective unit, improper use, abuse, accident, or neglect, etc. No warranty will apply to units which have been used for purposes not intended, which have been altered so as, in the manufacturers judgment, to affect adversely its performance. This warranty is for the original retail purchaser only, and cannot be transferred.

What is the warranty for Santevia products?

We guarantee all components of your Santevia Energy Flask and Alkaline Water Stick to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days. Please examine all parts prior to assembly. If any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found in the first 30 days, please DO NOT RETURN THE SYSTEM TO YOUR RETAILER. What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. There is no re-stocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot return opened and/or used systems or filters.
